Hot forging

Hot forging is performed by fully robotized and/or semi-automatic lines.

Machining

Specialized technologically advanced department, equipped with Turning machines, Machining centers, Gear cutters, Induction hardening machines and Grinding machines CNC.

Each stage of our production cycle follows precise control schemes, certified to ensure high quality products and the utmost satisfaction of our customers.

Products

Production of specific rough and finished products for: industrial vehicles, construction equipment, agricultural equipment, vehicles.

We pay particular attention to the needs of our customers by offering Kanban, Just in Time and Consignment Stock services.

VALVITAL SPA

Valvital S.p.A., working since 1971, operates in the field of hot forging and machining. Its production is aimed at large manufacturers of tractors, agricultural and industrial vehicles, construction equipment, forklifts, transmissions and gear boxes.
